Hibiscus tea is effective in calming your nerves, making you feel more relaxed.

It works an absolute treat, within 10min having it I struggle to keep my eyes open. The aroma is lovely the floral notes of lavender are inviting. The tea is very smooth with a subtle sweetness and again floral taste... beautiful night cap!!
