Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be happy with their products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. You may exchange any Steepware items for a full merchandise value credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will not offer exchanges for ceramic products broken upon use. As a food item, tea purchases cannot be returned.
Although we package items very well, sometimes things may happen, We will exchange products that have broken in the mail upon a photograph of the broken item being produced.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
1. Email us at email@example.com requesting a return merchandise authorization. Please be sure to include your name, address, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You will receive a response within two business days, and a return authorization number if approved.
2. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you to send the package to the following address:

3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will ship replacement products within two working days. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned or exchanged items uless our warehouse has sent you the wrong item.
